If you have a reservation at Hotel and Spa Isla de Baños, you understand and accept the following accommodation conditions, without any right to complain:
- Check-in is from 1:00 PM, check-out is until 12:30 PM. After check-out and until 4:00 PM, a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate of the reserved room will be charged. If the room is later than this time, the full amount will be charged.
- If the guest needs to check out later than the normal check-out time, they must first check with reception to determine whether they can do so with or without a surcharge.
- If they need to check out late and would like to leave their luggage, they can do so at reception.
- No one other than those mentioned on the registration form is allowed on the premises. If the guest is expecting visitors, they must notify reception.
- Parking is free; the hotel is not responsible for your belongings.
- Don’t forget to lock your room; the hotel is not responsible for your lost items.
- Take care of your room keys; a USD 15 fee will apply if they are lost.
- Unused and/or last-minute canceled services are non-refundable.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages in the hotel’s common areas after 11:00 p.m. is prohibited. Loud noise, loud music in the rooms, and any type of disturbance that disturbs the peace of other guests are prohibited.
- We are pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted in the showers, on beds, or alone in the rooms. Damage will be charged to your final bill. Pets are allowed with prior authorization from management and acceptance of the pet handling conditions.
- Room cleaning begins at 11:00 a.m. If you do not wish this service, please inform reception.
- Towels are changed daily, and sheets are changed on the third day. If you need a change of towels, please leave wet towels outside the bathroom.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who are intoxicated, using drugs, or whose behavior disrupts the peace of other guests and/or acts violently toward guests and/or hotel staff. The hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to leave without any refund.
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 AM. After this time, additional breakfasts will be charged at $8.00.
- Any damage caused in or around the rooms will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Damage to the plants or gardens, or feeding the fish without authorization, is prohibited.
- Bottles of mineral water are provided as a courtesy for the first night. However, glass bottles are non-disposable and returnable, so they must be left in the room.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the wet area.
- Children under 11 years of age are prohibited from being alone in the wet area without parental supervision.
